Since its founding in 1979, Lifeline Food Company, Inc. has had a commitment to producing high quality cheeses that meet a wide variety of consumer health concerns and dietary restrictions without sacrificing taste or texture.

Lifeline Food Company, under its Lifetime® brand, was responsible for the first 50% reduced cheese in the early 1980's. In the late 1980's, Lifetime® Fat Free Cheese was the first fat free cheese to be introduced into the marketplace. Lifetime Fat Free Cheese is known for its great taste and superior meltability. In the last ten years Lifeline Food Company has continued to expand its Lifetime® brand to include the following cheeses; Fat Free, Low Fat Cholesterol Reducing, Rice Chunk and Lactose Free Cheese.
